Wondering if Eastside is the right place for you? If you’re looking for an authentic group of people who: legitimately care about others; believe in the authenticity of God’s Word; desire to be difference makers in the world around them; and unapologetically love Jesus… then chances are, you found the church you’ve been looking for. Take a few minutes to check out our website and see what you think. We know that visiting any church the first time can be intimidating or awkward… but we want you to know that you are WELCOME and we look forward to meeting you!

What can I expect?

Here are a few things you can expect to encounter when you visit Eastside:
• Biblical, relevant teaching
• Engaging modern music
• A safe, fun, Jesus-centered environment for your kids
• No dress code—come as you are!
• Friendly volunteers ready to answer your questions

In Person Services on Sundays @ 9:30am & 11am

Our services are about 60 minutes long and consist of worship through music, followed by a time of teaching. Eastside teaches out of the Bible and bring messages of truth, hope, and love. Services are held at 5874 Montclair Blvd Milford OH, 45150.

Parking

We have parking available all around the church campus with handicap parking located near the entrance of our church building.

Greeters

We know visiting a new church can be intimidating, that’s why we have a greeting team who would love to meet you and show you around! We don’t always recognize visitors because so many of the people who come are still fairly new, so feel free to say, “This is my first time” and we’ll guide you in! Stop by Eastside Central just outside the Auditorium or find someone with an "I CAN HELP" lanyard if you need anything.

Food & Drink

Grab a cup of coffee from the lobby and feel free to bring it in to the auditorium.

For kids & students

Nursery & Toddlers

In the Nursery and Toddler Room,  we introduce kids to their Heavenly Father through the love and care of trusted adults. Our nursery is open at both services.

Preschool Classes at 9:30 &11am

In our Preschool environments, we engage the kids through play, creativity, worship, and engaging storytelling to reinforce these basic truths:

God made me.
God loves me.
Jesus wants to be my friend forever.

Service Times
Eastside Kids has age-appropriate classrooms for Birth-5th grade available during the 9:30 & 11am services. Check in opens 30 minutes before the service and classrooms open for drop off 10 minutes before the service.
Safety
In order to keep all our kids safe, we background check and train all leaders who serve with us. You can identify Eastside Kids leaders by the name tags and orange lanyards that they wear. Also when you check in your children just outside of the auditorium, you will receive a parent tag with a number coordinating to your child’s tag.  At pick up, you must present your parent tag to a leader so they can confirm that it matches with the child’s tag.
Equipping Parents
We understand that the biggest spiritual influence in a child’s life is their parents, so we want to equip parents to make the most of that influence. We do this by connecting them to Parent Cue, a resource to help parents reinforce what your kids have been learning about at church. We also invite you to follow us on Facebook for more ideas and information.  http://facebook.com/EastsideKidsMin

Elementary

Our Elementary kids are split Kindergarten-2nd Grade and 3rd-5th Grade.  Each class has energetic worship and engaging Bible-based lessons as well as games, crafts, and prayer activities that reinforce the lesson.  Each lesson reinforces these basic truths:

I can trust Jesus no matter what.
I need to make the wise choice.
I should treat others the way I want to be treated.

Service Times
Eastside Kids has age-appropriate classrooms for toddlers-5th grade available during the  9:30 & 11am services. Check in opens 30 minutes before the service and classrooms open for drop off 15 minutes before the service.

Middle School - 6th-8th Grade

Middle School is a challenging time for people. Students are caught in the transition from their childhood into becoming a young adult, and that usually means they have a lot of frustrations and questions as the world around them changes. This is true for every aspect of their life, but especially in their faith. Eastside Students strives to provide our middle school students with a safe place, where they can feel free to ask questions and express what they are feeling and thinking. Our leaders guide our middle school students to find the answers they are looking for in the story of God, and help them create a faith foundation for their future.

In addition, we have events outside of church for our middle school community to grow together in, as well as experiences like CIY MIX and an annual Fall Retreat.

When & Where

Middle School (6th-8th Grade) meets at 11am on Sundays, upstairs in the Student Room.

High School - 9th-12th Grade

Eastside's high school ministry centers around giving our students a guide, in the form of our volunteer leaders. We believe that the most impactful way we can help our high schoolers find their place in the story of God, is through a relationship with an older believer, who understands and empathizes with the season of life our high school students are going through, and wants to be there to support and encourage them along the way.

Leader relationships are the foundation of everything we do, but we also meet weekly as a youth group, gather for frequent fun events outside of church, and participate in fun activities like CIY Move and annual Fall Retreats.

When & Where

High School (9th-12th Grade) meets at 5pm on Sundays, upstairs in the Student Room.
